ON-Site Service Rate for Continental US locations -- Our service rate is $995 for each calendar day of our trip to your facility. Customers within 100 miles of Arlington Texas are charged $695 per calendar day. All days of the trip are charged at full price even if work is stopped or delayed for reasons not controlled by us. Days scheduled only for travel are charged at a reduced rate of $295. These fees include all travel time and travel expenses except Airfare. Airfare will be charged for any location that is more than 250 miles from Arlington TX. There is a $195 surcharge if your facility requires we carry workers compensation insurance. This surcharge applies only on the first visit of any calendar year. A basic report that summaries work done is included. Any written analysis or detailed reports that must be generated are charged at our office rate of $75/hour. There is no charge for verbal debriefing after the trip. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt of our invoice. Interest is charged for invoices that are more than 30 days old. Interest is calculated at 1% for each period of 30 days that payment is late. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. There is a $50 charge for each dishonored check or returned payment item. For all other terms and conditions see terms.pdf
